Whistleblower Channel
Agrios el Carril's internal information system is essential to anticipate, identify, reduce or eliminate the risks present in the organization and mitigate any possible loss of trust and respect that the entity fosters daily.
This is a confidential channel for anyone related to the company to make communications related to breaches that affect AGRARIOS EL CARRIL.
The management of the Channel and the processing of information and complaints will be carried out by the Head of the Information System of Agrarios el Carril, which is the Regulatory Compliance Committee of the entity, a collegiate body appointed by the General Director.
Process and conditions of use of the Information Channel
It is a simple process and the system enabled on this page is located in a visible place.
After receiving appropriate information on the processing of your data, you may submit information or a complaint anonymously.
Your communication must be in writing, using a form without identifying data. Once the complaint is sent through the channel, you will receive an automatic communication of receipt of the same.
The person responsible for the system will analyse the communication and, if appropriate, initiate an investigation procedure, or send the information to other bodies within the entity.
In those cases where the complaint filed concerns a possible case of Harassment, Violence or Discrimination at work, the Protocol implemented in the Mutual for these purposes will be activated.
If, due to the content of the information, it is not considered necessary to open an investigation period, a reasoned report will be issued in this regard and a response will be sent to the informant in the event that he or she has identified himself or left an email address for this purpose, proceeding to cancel the personal data in the channel.
The maximum period for processing the procedure will be the time necessary to carry out the investigation, but never exceed three months, except in cases of special complexity that require an extension of the period, in which case the System Manager must issue a supporting report, and the period may be extended up to a maximum of another three months in addition to the date on which it was decided to begin the investigation period.
The identified informant will have the right to know the final result of his communication in a concise manner and without details of the investigation, and the affected person will be informed of the actions or omissions attributed to him and will have the right to be assisted by a person of his confidence, to make allegations and to be heard at any time during the procedure, but in no case may the identifying details of the informant or of third parties mentioned in the information be revealed.
